Total Lining Solutions provides cost effective lining solutions for effluent ponds.
Our Linings meet all New Zealand Dairy and environmental safety and regulatory standards.

TLS is an independent company, set up to offer New Zealand clients a cost effective solution to meet Farm Dairy Effluent and commercial storage requirements or lining solutions.

We also cover commercial elements for clients outside the Dairy industry. Some of this work includes the horticultural industry, the building industry and other commercial applications.

Led by Paul Sharpe, the team has in excess of 10 years experience and has installed linings as far north as Whangarei and as far south as the the South Island.

Dealing direct with Owner Operator Paul Sharpe, you know you going to get a straight answer. We go a little further with Paul often on the tools as well.  Workmanship standards are set, maintained and driven from the top to the bottom.

We Make it Easy...for You

Want the whole process to be hassle free? We have all the contacts to complete a job from start to finish. We work with an Accredited Dairy Effluent System Designer to determine pond sizes will meet regulatory demands. We also work regularly with proven Digger Operators.  

100% Before we Leave

The idea of a leaky pond is our worst nightmare.  Thats why we have a strict policy of 100% of seems tested and signed off on for water tightness before we leave a site. No exceptions! 

As Good as our Word

We stand by our workmanship with a 5yr warantee. Depending on what is entering a storage pond our HDPE polyethelane comes with a 5-20yr warranteee.  Outside of this as long as a pond has not been punctured by any external force and we think there is any chance we are responsible for any problem, we fix it!
